A Hamptons style beachside makeover in Avalon
Client's Brief:
The client wanted to give their beachside home a hamptons style makeover. The brief was to refresh the entire exterior of the home and create more indoor and outdoor living spaces for the family.

- Created multiple outdoor entertaining areas including a new alfresco area, first floor balcony and master bedroom balcony
- New entry way including new deck and sandstone cladded columns and walls
- Ground floor extension consisting of a rumpus room with new hardwood flooring and new internal staircase
- Weatherboard cladding
